Sunrise Prontomax (Ad) ca 2009

At Elefant Studios, we produced several animations for Sunrise Prontomax. The ad agency’s idea was to create a fun cell-phone transformer with a variety of idle animations. Patrick Graf and Tom Hänni of Pixelfram first sketched different concepts for how this could come to life. Once approved, Fabian Gasser tackled the challenging task of modeling a phone that could both transform accurately and perform as a character, while still matching the approved design. He pulled it all together beautifully. Animation was handled by Moritz Engi and Patrick Graf, while I directed and supervised the project and later worked on shading and rendering of Prontomax. The sound effects were added by Peter Bräker.
